German Yoghurt Dressing
This recipe is of German origin and makes a pleasant change from the usual
dressings, goes well with White Cabbage.
| 1 | Tablespoon | of White Wine Vinegar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | of Salt |
| 1 | Teaspoon | of brown Sugar |
| 2 | Tablespoons | of Olive Oil |
| 175 | ml | of Natural Yoghurt |
| 50 | grams | of Chopped Walnuts |
| 2 | Tablespoons | of Cress |
| 2 | Tablespoons | of Chopped Chives |
| 2 | Tablespoons | of Chopped Parsley |
| Coarsely Ground Black Pepper to taste |
